These terms govern your use of IndiaSoloExchange, operated by the Haritasa Group. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. The platform
IndiaSoloExchange is a B2B marketplace that connects Partners (buyers / system integrators) with Vendors, OEMs, and Financial Institutions (suppliers), and facilitates projects, RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, and verified delivery. We provide the platform; the underlying commercial agreements are between the participating parties.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be a business or an authorised representative of one, and complete any required GST / KYC verification. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false information, impersonating others, circumventing verification or payment protection, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
4. Transactions, POs & delivery
RFQs, awards, and purchase orders created on the platform reflect commitments between Partners and Vendors. Payment protection holds funds and releases them on verified delivery through the platform's verification stages. You are responsible for fulfilling your obligations under any award or purchase order you enter into.
5. Fees
Joining is free. Any applicable fees for paid plans or services will be disclosed clearly before you incur them. Prices are in INR and, where applicable, exclusive of taxes; GST invoices are provided where relevant.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and its branding are owned by the Haritasa Group. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, and grant us a limited licence to use it as needed to operate the platform.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is". While we work to verify participants and protect transactions, we are an intermediary and do not guarantee the performance of any Partner or Vendor. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in these terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy & DPDP Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, unless otherwise required by law.
